No liberal ever understands anything a rational person is trying to say.

Also conservatives are retarded and hilarious and two hours ago were already likening Obama to Hitler and talking about how we were mere weeks away from our very own string of concentration camps. Psyched!

Just saw this:

"The proposition will become law 30 days after it’s reported to the Governor’s Council, which usually meets in late November or early December. But the Legislature could amend or repeal the new law, as they've done with some prior laws passed by the voters, said Emily LaGrassa, a spokeswoman for Attorney General Martha Coakley. The Associated Press called the outcome at about 9:20 p.m."

You think they have the balls to overturn a massive majority vote like that? I bet they do.

Hasn't stopped them in the past. Gotta love that whole "Fuck you small people, WE know whats best for all of you. You and your silly voting."

I'm glad it passed, but I'm waiting to see if Beacon Hill assrapes everyone again because we had the nerve to do that whole "thinking " thing again.

Pot dealers are going to love this new law. Carry just enough under the legal amount at a time, haha.

True, but you can still get wacked for intent to distribute...and I'm sure they're going to find some ass-backwards loophole to their advantage.

5 grams of treebs + sandwich bag covered in Fluff residue = intent to distribute

If they do, pay attention to who voted to change/repeal it and vote them the fuck out.

It passed in every Mass. town except for 3. Hopefully the lawmakers will listen to their constituents.

Its still illegal... just not as illegal. You're not supposed to have pot, the only difference is here is that you get a speeding ticket dealio rather than instant jail.

....and all you need is more than one container of weed (bag) for it to be intent to distribute. Even if those bags were a gram each.

Why would you vote against the guy who's trying to get question 2 passed on a national level?

He wasn't on your ballot because you don't live in his district.

I know why he wasn't on my ballot

I would vote against him because he was a big part of why our economy is the way it is.

Like I said before, question 2 doesn't effect me much (I did vote yes), so I don't care that much about it. The economy effects everyone, therefore, I don't think he deserves to retain his job.
