Iran shuts down opposition newspapers[views:1409][posts:6]________________________________ [Sep 12,2006 8:42am - xmikex ""] So I just read about Iran shutting down 2 newspapers that criticized Ahmadinejad over the way he handled the nuclear situation with the west. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this the same guy who, only a couple weeks ago, challenged Bush to a debate because he was supposedly positive he had truth on his side? Isn't this the same guy who chastised the US claiming they weren't telling their public "the whole truth" about the middle east? What am I missing here? |
