If you are convicted there's also a 60 day loss of license, if its a CWAF, no license loss. If you have a prior conviction for operating after suspension/revocation it's 60 days in the can, but they'll usually give you a suspended sentance. |

I have to go back in December to show them i got the license, then i think they might drop the charges. Fucking lucked out. If this happened any other night......stems,rocks and spoons, OH MY!! |
