Your right, Slayer's scales don't make sense, they would sound good if there was no music in the backround. Havn't heard Devil Driver, don't plan/care to. There is no way that Opeth will play before them on any night, especially ours since it is the last date of the tour (and to be honest, I get the feeling that they like Massachusetts a lot for some reason, probably cause they are always welcomed warmly). The cold is good for computers. Go to New York. Return Of The King kicked ass, the best one yet. I saw it Saturday and am seeing it again Wednesday and Friday. |

Pretty bad, but definately not horrible, I like them much better than bands like Dying Fetus and Six Feet Under. Horrible vocals, but not as bad as those of the two bands I just mentioned. Some guitar riffs are pretty catchy, can't really here the bass, the drumming is nothing special, shitty breakdowns, kind of bad recording/mix. On a scale of 1 to 10 of stuff I don't like where 1 is stuff that I hate and can't stand to listen to and 10 is stuff that I don't like but I don't mind listening if it is on (Nelly would be a 1, REM would be a 10) Devil Driver would probably be a 5 or 6. |
