Springfield Police Sgt John Delany says 30-year-old Chamil Guadarrama was caught trying to steal the lotion from Bath and Body Works at the Eastfield Mall Thursday night. Delaney says Guadarrama couldn't even bend over to get in the police cruiser until some of the bottles were removed. [img] |
