[QUOTE="corpussy:1092405"]general inflammation wont be helped really all that much by glucosamine and or condr. fish oils will do some to help lubricate joints and fight inflamation and so on, but to a smaller extent than is popularly, and properly understood. first off--inflamm is all about your pH. if you eat acid forming foods and or beverages (there are plenty of resources which will tell you which are acid and alkaline) you are going to be where you are now. Wanna prove the point further? get some litmus papers...pee on them in the morning (first urine of the day) and do so for 5 days. get your average and find just how acidic you are. Now--what can you do that will work? First off is "addiction by subtraction" if you drink coffee every day, lay off for a while. if you eat shit every morn, lunch or what have you--lay off. there are no miracle supps. if you eat like shit, taking supps no matter how good they are, they wont work. the western allopathic model is a joke. Curcumin, yes--the spice 1,000 mgs x day (super affordable) DLPA : phenylalanine (promotes better blood flow and helps with pain) Ginger--yes, ginger. Magnesium--trace nutrient, base salt, has marked action on the adrenals and a whole host of other things including better blood flow. FLAX SEED / OIL ETC : BEATING UP INFLAM CAN BE DONE WELL BY OPENING UP THE PROSTAGLANDIN PATHWAYS WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF OMEGA 6. FISH OIL DOES NOT HAVE 6'S, JUST 3'S AND 9'S... and finally---Green products help to correct pH and are your #1 insurance plan. i like chlorella, chlorophyll etc. stay away from crazy "green formulas" --the best green products are the ones closest to the way nature provides. things that perform great in a "lab" dont always hash out biochemically..
